Kyle D. Duvall
Organizational Advancement Director

Kyle Duvall brings more than 25 years of experience as an “Organizational Development” professional in facilitating program development and funding resources for corporate entities
as well as non-profit organizations.  His consulting experience includes assisting organizations in forming a basis for developing and sustaining a sound business operational infrastructure: strategic planning, program development, project management, projections for future organizational growth, capital acquisition, educational development, and marketing and PR development. He has assisted churches in developing program plans for community outreach and growth, as well as led campaign efforts to build new buildings.  Kyle also functioned as part of a visionary planning team at Belmont University to help facilitate institutional advancement during a ten-year period, resulting in contributions to the university in excess of $100 Million.  Recently, Kyle was asked by a training and management consulting company to assist the managerial training of
entities responsible for managing U.S. Government awarded contracts -- the “Earned Value Management System” (EVMS) -- for the Department of Defense (DOD), National Security Agency (NSA), National Space and Aeronautics Agency (NASA), and other Federal entities.  Kyle was previously a consultant with the Harpeth River Watershed Association, and worked with major donors to assist organizational growth.  Finally, his passion for practicing good environmental stewardship and conservation of our natural resources was instilled in Kyle by his grandmother at a very young age.  He continues his conservation efforts through the work he is doing as “Director of Organizational Advancement for TEC.”
